It’s possible to be awash in information while only possessing a drip of insight. Information is about volume, insight is about the depth of knowing.

Our faithfulness isn’t measured by us becoming a perfect replica of God, our faithfulness is measured in choosing to make God’s ways our aspiration especially when life is most trying.

Remembering that God is my firm foundation is one way God has continued to show me to trust without hesitation. The lesson in this passage is to trust God in every capacity of life.

If we put the little that we are in the hands of the Lord, He can multiply our gifts for the good of His people. Do not be afraid to give the gifts that God gave you.

Freedom from fear of death. Freedom from hate. Freedom from isolation. Freedom from meaninglessness. Freedom from condemnation even by ourselves. People ought to smell freedom on us. When we live with God and live for God we discover that every entanglement, bondage and deep pit we can manage to get ourselves into, Jesus and his gospel have already created a way out of.
