We are All citizens of God’s Kingdom and one American family. I pray in the days ahead we will distinguish ourselves as people utterly committed to reconciliation in thought, word and deed. Rancor and vitriol destroy fellowship, but “a soft answer turns away wrath.” Right now, you and I have an opportunity to exercise our discipleship of Jesus Christ by being peacemakers here in middle and north Georgia. The power and grace to accomplish this is found in a simple prayer: “Lord, make us instruments of your peace. Where there is hatred, let us sow love.” God bless you, God bless the state of Georgia and God bless the United States of America.

Ciudadanos

Todos somos ciudadanos del reino de Dios y una familia Americana. Rezo para que en los días que vienen nos distingamos como personas completamente entregadas a la reconciliación en pensamiento, palabra y acción. El rencor y las críticas destruyen la unidad, pero “la respuesta amable calma el enojo.” En estos momentos, tu yo tenemos la oportunidad de ejercitar nuestra disciplina en Jesucristo al ser reconciliadores aquí en el centro y el norte de Georgia. El poder y la gracia para lograr esto se encuentran en una oración simple: “Señor, haznos instrumentos de tu paz. Donde haya odio, déjanos sembrar amor.” Dios los bendiga, Dios bendiga el estado de Georgia y Dios bendiga los Estados Unidos de America.
