On March, 4, 2026, I shared a Pastoral Letter that focuses on the affirmation of The Baptismal Covenant as our way to handle the tough issues of our day, including the escalation of ICE activity in our midst.
On March 5, 2026, clergy from across our diocese gathered to affirm, embody, and commend this truth by recording the Baptismal Covenant in Spanish and English.
The video, entitled “We Will with God’s Help,” is now available everywhere, and my earnest hope is, “…that some hearts would be strengthened, some would be softened, and all hearts would increase in their devotion to God in Christ for the benefit of all God’s beloved children.”
