Join us for a soul-inspiring night of fellowship, learning and worship. The night starts with a reception and community dinner in the All Saints’ Courtyard (indoor rain space will be provided, in the event of inclement weather), with the program continuing in the Church. There is a suggested donation of $12 for the dinner.

As we honor the legacy of Juneteenth, which marks the end of enslavement in the United States and freedom for all Americans, we reflect on the painful, hard yet faith-filled journey toward justice and freedom. The story of Juneteenth is a story of liberation delayed, but not denied. It is the testimony of a people who clung to their faith in the midst of great challenge and eventually reached freedom. This testimony of stubborn faith and resilience is offered to us all. The trek toward justice and liberation is not easy, but it is soulful work. When we work toward equity, healing, reconciliation and justice for all, we can experience joy as we align ourselves with God – God’s commitment to put love into action by courageously uplifting the humanity of all, loving all who are created in God’s image and living in communion with God and one another.
