The Triangle of Hope: Covenantal Community, Pilgrimage and Global Mission

As part of St. Luke’s forum series on Yearning, The Rev. Winnie Varghese will lead a conversation with The Right Rev. Dr. John Perumbalath, Bishop of Liverpool, and The Rev. Canon Malcolm Rogers on Sunday, Nov. 5, at 10:15 a.m. in Budd Hall. Malcolm is the Canon for Reconciliation for the Diocese of Liverpool. Together, John and Malcom have helped establish The Triangle of Hope—an international reconciliation project that engages young people from Africa, Liverpool, and the U.S. and is focused on helping God transform the long history, ongoing effects, and continuing presence of slavery in our world through repentance, reconciliation, and mission. Bishop Perumbalath will also preach at the 11:15am service. Both the forum and service will be streamed live and available on St. Luke’s Youtube page.
