Listening Hearts Ministries and the Beecken Center of the School of Theology at the University of the South is cosponsoring this Lent. 

We are offering an intensive, four-day retreat to train participants in the art of facilitating and mentoring discernment groups. There will be an at home portion of the program leading up to the retreat including short readings, creative meditation exercises, and sharing reflections online. 

This is a great opportunity for spiritually mature Christians to both experience spiritual discernment and learn how to teach it to others. EFM mentors may be particularly drawn to the prayerful listening and discernment techniques taught during this program (it may count as Alternate Mentor Training).
