Appleton Episcopal Ministries has hired Corley Peth as Program Director. Beginning in 2021, Peth worked as a senior staff member with the Appleton Free To Read Summer Literacy Program for three years, first as a teacher and then as Curriculum Director.

Bishop Rob Wright said both programs have proven to close the achievement gap by improving literacy and learning for children who face poverty and lack access to the educational resources they need to succeed. The parking lot at Holy Innocents’ Episcopal School in Sandy Springs overflowed Friday with hundreds of faculty and students.
