The Cathedral’s October “Caring Church Lunch & Learn” will take place on October 20 @ 12:30 pm – 1:30 pm, and will focus on the causes of stress and anxiety and explore both psychological and spiritual ways we can better manage it in ourselves and support those who struggle around us.

This conversation will be led by Christy Gituku Ed.S., LPC, Director of the Cathedral Counseling Center.

The “Caring Church” series supports our care for others and self through monthly presentations on topics like mental health, addiction, marriage, stress and anxiety, family transitions, and more. “Caring Church” seminars take place on third Thursdays at 12:30pm and are open to all.
