David and Goliath is one of the best stories in the Bible. Spoiler alert! Goliath loses big to the teenager! If David was interviewed after this tremendous victory he might give us the following advice:
- When facing a new giant, remember the previous giants you have defeated.
- Make sure the cause you are fighting for is Godly.
- At no time will God be absent.
- Use the instruments, strengths and practices that you trust, they are gifts.
- Remember the God behind you is bigger than the giant in front of you.
- Victories achieved for God are not meant for private celebrations, they are meant for the encouragement of God’s people.
