Mental Health First Aid Training
August 17
The training will be delivered in three parts.
- 2.5 hours of self-paced prework to be completed online prior to August 17.
- 6.5 hours of instructor led training that will take place in person on August 17.
- 45 minutes of work (evaluations, etc) to be completed after the instructor led training.
The instructor led training will start at 9am on Saturday, August 17 in the Parish Hall of St. Catherine’s Episcopal Church (571 Holt Rd NE, Marietta, GA 30068).
The cost of the training is usually at least $170. Thanks to The Episcopal Church and St. Catherine’s, this training is being offered at only $45 to cover the cost of the certification, materials and lunch. As part of the cost, you will receive access to an online version of the Mental Health First Aid Manual. If you would like a hard copy of the manual, I can order one for you for an additional $20. The manual will be brought to the training on the 17th.
