An Evening with Irish Poet Pádraig Ó Tuama

February 22 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

How do we connect prayer with activism? How do we braid poetry to power? Join us for this upcoming speaking event and Sunday worship with poet Pádraig Ó Tuama.

Pádraig Ó Tuama hosts Poetry Unbound—the podcast produced by On Being Studios and the author of an anthology of the same name. His poetry is empathetic and spiritually reflective, with a goal of connecting people to the Divine and to each other. From 2014 to 2019, Ó Tuama was the leader of the Corrymeela Community, Ireland’s oldest peace and reconciliation organization, which works with over 10,000 people a year to transform division through human encounters. The divisions have been caused by on sectarianism, marginalization, public theology, and the legacies of conflict. Ó Tuama lives in Ireland.
