Clergy Safe Church Responsibilities

All clergy in the Diocese of Atlanta are required to adhere to the Code of Conduct for Pastoral Relationships Compliance Agreement. The signed agreement should be submitted here.

In addition, clergy should know the Diocesan Policies for the Protection of Children and Youth from Abuse and Diocesan Policies Prevention of Sexual Exploitation of Adults. A signed copy of the Compliance Agreement form (found here and also found at the end of the policy booklet for the Protection of Children) should also be sent through this form to be placed in the clergy file.

It is also the responsibility of clergy to ensure the Vestry Certification Sexual Misconduct Insurance is submitted annually by March 31st.
