Manufacturers promise increased mental and physical energy. They project this market will grow to $114.7 billion by 2030! They recommend an energy drink in the morning and one later in the day to beat the doldrums. We recommend a routine also. How about a psalm in the morning, prayers of gratitude at noonday and an evening devotional walk. (Studies show that there are no adverse side effects to connecting deeply to God.)
