Jubilee Ministries are identified as those that have committed themselves to be a ministry of joint discipleship in Christ with poor and oppressed people, wherever they are found, to meet basic human needs, and to build a just society.
Vicky Partin, our Diocesan Jubilee Officer, recently answered some questions about her involvement with the 12 Jubilee Ministries in our diocese.
“To advocate simply means to discover what is Christ-like and to dare speak out and expect to see change on behalf of the rights and dignity of others,” said Partin of her work.
