Emmaus House’s Thanksgiving at Home

For many years, through the initiative known as Thanksgiving at Home, Emmaus House has helped families in need to enjoy a traditional Thanksgiving dinner. Emmaus House invites 300 families to sign up and receive all the supplies they need to enjoy a traditional Thanksgiving dinner in the comfort of their own homes.
From now until November 22, Emmaus House is seeking donations of bags filled with the ingredients to make all of the side dishes. Or, you can donate funds so that we can purchase turkeys, sweet potatoes, and collard greens in bulk. We ask that all bags of sides be delivered to Emmaus House by Friday.
On Monday morning November 25 Emmaus House is looking for volunteers to help distribute meals. Anyone interested can contact Adam Seeley, Director of Social Services, at adamseeley@emmaushouse.org.
