Emily Rebecca Halbert, Director of Children’s and Youth Choirs at All Saints’ Episcopal Church in Atlanta, is among six individuals named 2026 Episcopal Church Foundation Fellows.
A professional conductor and mezzo-soprano selected for the Pilot Lay Leadership Track, Halbert is pursuing a program of formation to deepen her engagement with the Episcopal musical tradition and help bring that heritage to twenty-first-century families with creativity and excellence.
