Delegates are asked to attend a Pre-Council meeting via Zoom.  At these meetings, Diocesan personnel will go over many items that will be voted on during Annual Council, including the Budget, nominations, and resolutions.  Information regarding the voting process, committees, and general information will also be shared.  

After the presentation of the budget and other Annual Council information, many convocations have opted to have a break-out session over Zoom to hold their pre-council business meetings.  The following convocations will meet at the following times:

• October 20th, 7pm – Pre-Council presentation, followed by break-out business sessions for these Convocations: Southwest Atlanta, Marietta, Northeast Metro
• October 30th, 7 pm – Pre-Council presentation, followed by break-out business sessions for these Convocations: Mid-Atlanta, East Atlanta, Northwest Georgia, Chattahoochee 
• November 2nd, 4 pm – Pre-Council presentation
