From our readers!
Thank you for writing and sharing your thoughts. Please continue to do so; we'd appreciate story ideas too! Write to the editor, Nan Ross. Here are some of the messages we've received since launching our publication in early 2006:
"My first edition arrived today. With a cat in my lap, more junk mail than I deserve, I spotted the intriguing cover of Pathways. I read it from start to finish and was very impressed with the quality of all. Even the color ads were an invitation to read. Thank you and those who contributed for a publication we can be proud of and look forward to reading."
Cordially,
Jacqueline Stewart
Cathedral of St. Philip
"Congratulations on the publication of the first edition of Pathways. I thoroughly enjoyed reading it. I hope that my church, Nativity in Fayetteville GA , will incorporate some of the ideas and suggestions. Keep up the good work!"
Tracy Schulz

"I just looked through your edition of Pathways and I think you've done a wonderful job! I read Robert Wright's "Exodus again" and really liked it, as well as the one called 'Church Impressions.' Well done! Beautiful!"
Alix Dorr

"I just received Pathways and I love it. I most appreciate the variety of writing. (namely the columnists.) Keep up the good work and let me know if you ever need any freelancing from Columbus. Great magazine!"

"Congratulations on the new Pathways! It's perfect! Would it be possible for me to get more copies --as many as 25 -- for our parish? You can mail them to me at The Episcopal Church of the Advent, Madison, Georgia. Right now I have only 5 copies -- and I know more people will want them."
Thanks,
(The Rev.) Loree Reed
"I would like to compliment you for the fine job done for the Church. I am a member of St. James Church, Clayton, Ga. I am down here in Stockbridge, but I attend St. Simon's Church. Again, I really enjoyed the Pathways."

"I just wanted to commend you on Pathways, which arrived last week in cold and snowy Minnesota. What an exceptional publication -- positive, faithful, easy to read, full of good news. This is an example of all that is right with the Episcopal Church, and for that I'm grateful. Thank you!!
"PS: I just felt happy looking at Pathways -- all the new growth, the planning, the energy. Plus it's easy to read, which is not true of all of our church communications these days. And color! How fun. I'm glad you sent it to everyone."
The Rev. Lindsay Hardin Freeman
Editor, Vestry Papers (published by the Episcopal Church Foundation)
"I have just finished reading the current issue of Pathways 'cover to cover.' Thank you for a meaningful and helpful journal!"
